New behind the scenes video of on-location shoots

Hello everyone,

We have been very busy during the first few weeks of summer. Portrait sessions on Long Beach Island to Weddings in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. I have partnered with a Glen C. Productions of Aberdeen NJ to incorporate video at various photoshoots. The idea is based on a good friend of mine named Jason Groupp who started the rage of "fusion" combining still photography and video, sort of like a short film. So stay tuned for more of the fusion videos and check back for the latest on-location ventures.

Its been way too long since I paid any attention to my blog and I apologize for the lack of postings. There have been many new projects since I first started this blog and tons of new images created. The ironic thing however is that this Friday I am photographing Kristy Ricetti in her hometown of Staten Island. Kristy was one of my first postings on this blog and I am looking forward to another awesome photo shoot with her on Friday April 2, 2010.

MTC Photography has Weddings scheduled for 2010 along with numerous portrait sessions and other events. One of the latest creations for the business was the MTC Photography fan page on Facebook. Ok here it is, click on the above link and it will take you to Lauren & Frank's engagement photo shoot. We started out at Holmdel Park and from there went to Deep Cut Gardens in Middletown. We then drove to Sandy Hook and finished at the Matawan-Aberdeen Railroad Station. We had a beautiful warm day considering still in February and the happy couple looked great! NJ Nets-Devin Harris

MTC Photography was on hand at the NJ Nets Practice Facility in East Rutherford, NJ for the Devin Harris Kids Basketball Clinic. On January 18th, 2009, Devin Harris and his teaching staff, hosted kids from all over to hone their skills and to learn from the one of the rising stars in the Nets franchise. Afterwards, Devin posed with each of the teams which were broken down in age groups for a team picture. If that wasn't enough, he stayed until everyone left and received an autographed picture. Thanks NJ Nets and a special thanks to Devin Harris for this great clinic.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristy Ricetti of Staten Island, NY. We were on location in Red Bank here in Monmouth County. The day was cloudy with some snow flurries making it ideal for outdoor photography. The shoot began at the Molly Pitcher Inn and ended with great images on the NJ Transit Coast line railroad trestle by West Front St. Kristy is an established beauty and skin care expert. Well Christmas and New Years are now behind us and its time to get ready for 2009. The Navesink River is beginning to freeze and makes for a beautiful river to photograph. Soon the ice boats will be on the river and racing as they have done in the past. MTC Photography will be there to catch the excitement when it happens. Check back for new images taken from downtown Red Bank and from the IZOD Center in East Rutherford featuring the New Jersey Nets.

MTC Photography took the annual pictures of the children of Aberdeen PBA Local 163 on December 16, 2008 at the Funtime America on Hwy 35, Cliffwood NJ. The event was a success and fun was had by all of the children who participated. They were greeted by good ole Santa himself and had their photos taken with him in a holiday setting. Getting ready for the Annual PBA Dinner Dance, the Canon 50D will be ready for those guys!!
